Problem: Design a high-performance light sport aircraft that is fast to assemble and accessible to private pilots.

Intervention: Custom retractable EEG spikes electrically actuated for stable skin contact, multi-point EEG array (4 sensors in the headband arch plus 3 per ear cup), AI-driven adaptive audio with cloud processing over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
Results: Proof-of-concept validated, complete product and AI architecture delivered, positioned as a luxury lifestyle product distinct from clinical EEG headsets.
Problem: Convert standard truck chassis (Ford F350 to Freightliner 10-wheelers) into rail maintenance vehicles compliant with Canadian National (CN) requirements.
Intervention: Implemented a structured PDM system, standardized configuration drawings, integrated hydraulic and electrical systems for onboard cranes, stabilizers and rail signalling, and ran weight & balance analysis across multiple chassis platforms.
Results: Compliance with CN documentation standards achieved, weight & balance calculations validated for rail safety, manufacturing efficiency and team training delivered.
Problem: Build a self-sustaining, silent, fuel-free smart lawnmower ready for crowdfunding.
Intervention: Lightweight CNC chassis, 50W solar panel with intelligent power distribution, dual 40V 8Ah lithium-ion batteries, soil and grass sensors, automated fertilizer dispenser, and self-propulsion with height-adjustable cutting deck.
Results: Fully functional field-tested prototype delivered (CAD to CNC to field testing), ready for crowdfunding launch with photorealistic renders and explainer animations.
Problem: An Australian premium sauna startup needed to translate an architectural vision into a manufacturable, scalable product range.
